These terms and conditions disclose the complete agreement between and the customer in reference to the subject item and surpass all prior understandings, negotiations, arrangements and commitments between and the customer.

Refund Policy
The customer will not be refunded for an order or purchase made and or delivered through because of a change in mind or an incorrect selection is made by fault of their own.

Product Pricing Policy
The customer agrees to pay the purchase price for the product as advertised by either cash, a credit card acceptable to, by Pay-Pal, or by direct bank deposit at the time of purchase. The purchase price does not include delivery or any other services. The Australian dollar ($AUD) is the transacting currency for all purchases. All purchase prices are GST (Goods and Services Tax) inclusive and in Australian dollars.

Delivery and Pick Up Policy
After making a purchase through, the customer can either elect to have the product(s) delivered (additional service fees for delivery will be charged) or pick up the product(s) from our warehouse at 10-14 Parramatta Rd, Homebush NSW 2010. The business delivers through a combination of their transport arm and carriers. The time taken for delivery may vary pending on location of delivery and speed of delivery. The average delivery time taken is 7 days from point of sale.

A staff member from will call you to organise delivery details (date, time and location). We will send you a Delivery details email upon receipt of payment for the product purchase and delivery service. If delivery is made as per agreed by and the customer, and there is no one at the delivery address, the products will be returned to the warehouse and a re-delivery service, storage and admin fee will be incurred by the customer. No products will be left at unattended delivery premises.
Sufficient access at the delivery address for the products purchased through is the responsibility of the customer.


Before loading goods onto your vehicle, Massive O F O will not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damage that may be caused as a result of excessive weight of the goods, improper weight distribution of the goods and goods that are not stored correctly for transport. You accept all risks and responsibility for losses, damage, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the collection and transportation of the goods. To the maximum permitted by law, the supplier excludes all liability to any person or organisation arising directly or indirectly from any action by you from the collection and transport of the goods. Before purchasing furniture or goods, all stock must be checked and signed for prior to leaving our warehouse. The customer is also fully responsible for inspection of goods prior to collections as no claims or refunds will be considered after collection. The customer has 2 weeks from the purchase date to collect the product(s) purchased from or have them delivered from the warehouse or applicable storage fees will be charged.
